Mark is an experienced company director with more than 40 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant working with private and public companies in Australia, Asia, UK and the US. Specialising in the provision of corporate advice to SME’s and small listed companies, due diligence, capital raising and business sales, Mark has a knack for working things out and making things work.He enjoys juggling multiple projects and relishes the chance to help early-stage businesses grow and prosper.

Following his father’s philosophy - ‘a successful race club is good for the district’ - Mark’s childhood interest in horses became professional as he turned his administrative skills towards improving the racing industry.He’s served on the board of Racing Victoria Limited and worked as a consultant to a number of suppliers to the industry, including Revolution Sports Marketing (UK) who specialise in the thoroughbred and equestrian industries.

Mark is a member of the Institute of Company Directors.He is also a keen ocean swimmer and traveller, and has just recently become a first-time grandfather!
