Susan Ngan graduated with a Master in Accounting (UWA), 2012 and BCAHons (VUW, New Zealand) and holds professional membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia New Zealand (PCA) and Associate CPA

Susan has Extensive corporate New Zealand accounting experience since 1988 to 2003 including financial reporting, management accounting, CFO and board representation. The industries including hospitals, Telecommunication, manufacturing, public sector, family owned private company. She has past experience with financial distress private company and takeovers.

Australia since 2008 part-time self employed business home consultancy and business consultancy.

Susan has a deep understanding of university teaching and learning with an extensive career in tertiary education since 2003 includes working at UWA as an accounting and finance research assistant while studying for her Master degree, lecturing and tutoring in accounting NZ and teaching assistance in accounting for various Perth universities. 2017 Banking and Finance tutor for The University of Sydney Business School course ( International Financial Management. Non-Executive board and committee experience

Susan has held past Non-Executive director roles with both the City Council and not for profit community organisations including Community Representative of the Town of Claremont’s, Perth, Audit and Risk Committee 2011-2017, re-elected 3×2 consecutive terms Revenue Turnover of over $20 million and Past Treasurer and Board member of the Rotary Club of Crawley, Perth and an Assistant Treasurer and Board member of the Rotary Club of Sydney, Darling Harbour.

Susan has served in various executive capacity since November 2017 with City West financial services Ltd a franchisee of the Bendigo Adelaide Bank which is a financial services organization including past Non-executive director, Treasurer, Chair of the Finance and Audit committee and current role as an advisor.

She has been recognised for her governance role including the Town of Claremont certificate of volunteer recognition, as a Community Representative and also the recipient of the Rotary Club of Crawley Certificate of Appreciation recognition award for her role as a Treasurer of the club.

Community and volunteer work

She is a past Rotarian of the Rotary Club of Sydney, Darling Harbour and Rotary Club of Crawley, Perth.

She is also involved with the Athletics New South Wales club as a Track and Race walking official

Her Athletic nominations includes international Gold Coast, 2018 Commonwealth Games Athletic Official as a sports competition team member and her past national Australian nominations includes the track and racewalking official for the Australian Athletics Junior and Open Athletic Championships.
